What you can raise here

  • Your personal or health data has been handled in a way you did not expect or agree to.
  • A request to access, correct or erase your data was refused, or went unanswered.
  • A record about you is wrong, and the clinic has not corrected it.
  • You believe someone has accessed your record who should not have.
  • Any other complaint about the service or about how we treated you.

How to raise it

Write to [email protected] — or by post to the address above if you prefer. To let us act quickly, please include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you.
  • The clinic, hospital or lab involved, if there is one.
  • What happened, and roughly when.
  • What you would like us to do about it.

You do not need a lawyer, you do not need to use any particular form of words, and there is no charge.

What we commit to

Acknowledgement
Within 24 hours of receipt
Substantive response
Within 15 days
If it will take longer
We tell you why, and when to expect an answer
Outcome
In writing, with reasons — including if we disagree with you

Where the complaint concerns a record held on behalf of a clinic, we will pass it to that clinic as the Data Fiduciary and stay involved until it is resolved, rather than handing you off and closing the ticket.

If you are not satisfied

Tell us, and ask for the matter to be reviewed. If you remain unsatisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Nothing here limits any other remedy available to you in law, including before a consumer forum.

Our full position on how data is handled is at /privacy, and the technical controls are at /security.
